Pastor Akisha Jefferson joins The Good Word! She is also known as The Job Coach. She has a new book called "The Blueprint Journal: Building the Life you were born for" and it was released on Friday, October 2nd which is her father's birthday. Jefferson says her father passed away last year. Jefferson goes on to share personal stories from people across the Washington, DC area who are unemployed and underemployed. She's urging them to monetize their skillsets.
